Current Management Opportunities:

Assistant General Manager (Greater-Columbus Area)

The Assistant General Manager works under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager and is involved in all aspects of restaurant operations. These duties include, but are not limited to: customer service, recruiting and interviewing, meeting sales and operational goals, inventory and record keeping, training employees, banking and administrative responsibilities.

The successful candidate should have strong people-orientated leadership skills, excellent communication, decision-making and problem solving skills and a desire for personal and professional growth. At least 5 years of management experience in the restaurant setting is desired. Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
