This appetizer or side dish could make you famous in your own backyard. This can all be done ahead of time so once the party starts, you just place on the grill for a few minutes
Blanch asparagus and immediately place in ice water to stop cooking. Take a slice of the prosciutto and smear with cheese. Wrap the ham around the asparagus. That's is!
Grill asparagus over a medium hot grill until nice and warm and cheese starts to melt along with the ham just starting to get crispy. This is just a few minutes. Serve immediately.
